About SKAT
SKAT Music Productions is a Central Pennsylvania-based music group that performs, produces, and promotes live music. We play acoustic blues; bluegrass and old-timey mountain music; traditional folk; and standard country. We also have a great classic rock & roll band. Along with our public and open concerts all of our bands are available to book for private parties, house concerts, weddings, and other special events. We live in State College and we travel and perform for regional audiences.
SKAT is Andy Tolins, along with many other talented musicians including John Cunningham, Bill Stetz, John "Bubba" Beschler, John "JT" Blues, Pete "Jukester" Sheridan, Steve Buckalew, Ronnie Wasco, Curt Krebs, and a slew of jamming musicians who sit in or join.
Andy Tolins performs blues, folk, bluegrass old-timey music,and original music.
The Triple A Blues Band plays acoustic and electric classic and electric blues featuring lead guitar, keyboards, and wailing harmonica.
The Tolins' Bluegrass Revue is a melody-driven vocal and instrumental jamming trio with fiddle and mandolin along with Andy's guitar and Bill's upright bass.
The Screaming Ducks maintain a 20-year tradition of classic rock & rolling.
